1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using theFLOai ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

theFLOai offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• theFLOai Basic: $9.99 per month

• theFLOai Pro: $49.99 per month

​

2.2 Subscription Length

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial period.

2.4 Price

Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

 

2.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or in the app (Settings → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.

2.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Not generate or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content

• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

• Maintain the security of your account

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated using the App belongs to you. The App itself, including its design, code, and features, is the property of theFLOai and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. API Keys

If you use your own API keys (Essentials tier), you are responsible for:

• Keeping your API keys secure

• Complying with your API provider's terms of service

• Any costs incurred through your API usage

6. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
