When you sign in with Apple, we collect:

  • Apple User ID (unique identifier)

  • Email address (if provided by Apple)

  • Name (if provided by Apple)

  • Profile photo (if you choose to add one)

1.2 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the App:

  • Subscription status and tier

  • Features used (image generation, editing, etc.)

  • App settings and preferences

1.3 Content

Images and prompts you create are stored locally on your device. We do not access or store your generated images on our servers unless you explicitly share them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the App

  • Manage your subscription

  • Respond to support requests

  • Send important updates about the App

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Apple Services

We use Apple Sign In for authentication. Your Apple ID information is handled according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

3.2 StoreKit

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple, not us. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

3.3 API Providers

If you use your own API keys (Essentials tier), your API requests go directly to your chosen provider (e.g., OpenAI, Replicate). We do not intercept or store these requests.

3.4 Premium/Trial Users

Premium and trial users may have API requests processed through our API keys. These requests are sent to third-party AI services (e.g., Replicate, Google Gemini) according to their privacy policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored:

  • Locally: On your device using iOS secure storage (Keychain, UserDefaults)

  • iCloud: Some preferences may sync via iCloud if enabled

  • Our Servers: Minimal account information only (Apple User ID, subscription status)

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time:

  1. Open the App

  2. Go to Settings → Identity

  3. Tap "Delete Account"

  4. Confirm deletion

What gets deleted:

  • All account information (Apple User ID, email, name, profile photo)

  • All app preferences and settings

  • Subscription status (subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple)

  • All locally stored data

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account to use the App again.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data:

  • With Apple (for Sign In and StoreKit)

  • With API providers (for Premium/Trial users processing requests)

  • As required by law

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Delete your account (see Section 5)

  • Opt out of non-essential communications

  • Request a copy of your data
