Use this page to complete account deletion for FLOstate and FLO.AI services.​​

Delete from the app
You can delete your account directly in the FLOstate app:

Open the FLOstate app
-
Go to Settings → Identity & Account

Tap Delete Account
-
Confirm in the dialog
This permanently removes all your data from the device (account info, preferences, local content).​​

​
What gets deleted
-
All account information (Apple User ID, email, name, profile photo)
-
All app preferences and settings
-
Subscription status (cancel separately in Apple ID subscription settings if needed)
-
All locally stored data
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account to use the app again.​​

Request deletion from our records
If you have already deleted your account in the app and want to ensure any server-side records are removed, or if you cannot access the app, contact us, and we will process your request:
